Orders will be shipped within 1-3 days of receipt. You may request a priority service such as overnight or 2 day delivery and pay the extra shipping charges. Ground Shipping applies to shipping addresses within the Continental United States only.
All orders will be shipped using standard UPS ground service, USPS First Class Mail or Parcel Post. Our standard method of shipping is UPS Ground Delivery (within the continental US) from our store in Suffolk, Virginia.
PO Box or APO/FPO
Shipments to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses will be shipped via US Postal Service Priority Mail. UPS does not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands and Guam
We don't ship to most international locations, but we do ship to Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, Guam, APO and FPO. Additional charges may apply if you're having your order sent to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands or Guam. We ship using US Postal Service Priority Mail. Estimated transit time is 3 to 5 business days. Air shipping is also available for additional charge.
Return Policy
We try our best to fill your orders correctly, however we can make a mistake and send you an item you did not order. In this case, return it and we will credit your card for the full value of the item PLUS outbound shipping AND return shipping. Wrongly shipped items MUST be returned in their original package with all documentation in order for proper credit.
If you are disappointed with your purchase for any reason within 30 days of purchase, we will take it back, but YOU will have to pay for return shipping for proper credit. Any non-perishable item may be returned unused for any reason within 30 days as long as it's in its original packaging; simply enclose a note with it to let us know how you'd like your credit to be issued (immediately to your charge card, store credit, or exchange).
If the product is defective, return it to us along with the original packaging and documentation for full credit, including return shipping.
Credit for items damaged in shipping must be claimed with the carrier. We will assist you, if possible, to rectify the situation.
